My husband is from Nagpur and he loves Saoji. He was looking for Saoji masala so I can cook for him.Just randomly googling, he came across Nagpuri Saoji in New Jersey. We were little apprehensive as we live in Texas ,so like how it will be shipped, whether it will get spoiled by the time it arrives to me and who knows what the taste will be.But I must say, we are very impressed and the it tastes same as Saoji from Nagpur.
The quantity also is more than sufficient, worth the money .Will definitely order again and will ask my family to order too.

Born and raised in Nagpur the heart of India we grew up savoring the bold flavors of Varhadi and Saoji cuisine. After moving to the U.S., we longed for that same authenticity, which inspired us to recreate our favorite recipes here.
Saoji cuisine, originally crafted by the weaver community of Central India, is celebrated for its fiery, spice-rich non-vegetarian dishes. It took us years of experimenting (and plenty of help from friends) to perfect the flavors and bring them to life abroad.
